Kapantsi has achieved a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Level 1 rating under the latest B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.

Health & Safety
Kapantsi is committed to conducting all work in line with Occupational Health and Safety standards. We enforce the Occupational Health and Safety on all our projects.
Understanding the Health and Safety specifications of interested parties. To comply we must meet the safety requirements of interested parties, identify hazards and take action to reduce risks, and provide a safe work environment. Ongoing training is provided to employees and any other personnel working on our projects to ensure we are complying with OHS regulations.
Quality & Training
Our quality is never compromised and is kept with very high standards and constant review is maintained with our policies and procedures to ensure compliance to client specifications as well as ours.
All staff are given annual on-the-job training and formal training by accredited training service providers.
